Order Procedures:

Step 1:

You would receive an invoice in your email when you’ve placed an order (check junk mail if it’s not in the inbox).

Step 2:

You would receive a payment verified email within 24-48 hours when payment has been made.

Step 3:

You would receive a shipping notification when your parcel has been packed and posted out.

How do I order?

Simply click on your desired item, add it to your shopping cart and once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out.
Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How long does it take for the phone case to arrive at my doorstep?

All phone cases are preorder items (unless they are in the instock tab) which will take 2-3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, we will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the delivery service provider, Singpost. For more information on shipping, please visit our shipping tab.

Do you accept ATM transfers?

Yes we do! Check out via bank transfer and you can update your payment details within 12 hours of placing an order! Check your junk mail for the invoice if it is not found in the inbox!

Where is the link to update my ibanking/ATM transfer details?

After you have submitted your order, you would receive an invoice (remember to check your junk mail!) with a link to update the details (ib nick, date and time of transfer, etc.)

Can I amend or cancel my Order after confirming it?

We are afraid that we do not allow amendments to be made to your order once it is placed. This will allow us to produce the phone cases efficiently and to minimize errors.

I cannot recall my Internet-Banking Nickname.

We can only verify your payment via the Internet-Banking nickname/Initials as the other details like your account number, transaction reference are not reflected on our end.
Please call your local bank for assistance in this matter.
They will be able to retrieve your correct internet-banking nickname when provided with your account details and the transaction reference number.

Why is my order cancelled?

All orders would be automatically cancelled if the payment details are not directed to us within the stipulated time frame.

I can’t find the invoice?

The invoice may end up in your junk mail, so please check your spam/junk mail before submitting another order!
