Terms and Condition


  • Our working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • For parcel uncollected for more than 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. Strictly Cases has the right to dispose it without further notice.


  • All items shown are available for purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Kindly ensure that in the invoice received, the correct item in the correct colors/sizes have been stated before making payment.
    Strictly Cases will not be able to amend orders once payment has been made by the customer and verified, regardless of whether an email has been sent out to verify that payment has been made.
  • Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days upon the arrival of stocks.
  • All pictures and descriptions are provided by the suppliers. Do allow 1-3cm difference in the measurements provided as items are mass manufactured. This does not apply to our onesies as their sizings are much bigger and hence more difficult when it comes to the precision in measurement, which may result in a discrepancy of more than 3cm. Therefore, there might be slight variations in measurements for items received. This is not a manufacturing defect. Do note that all products are made effort to display at its most accurate colors and designs on the website. However, actual colors and feel of product is dependent on the computer monitor of user’s usage.
  • Do note that this is a SPREE site, hence do refer to here for the closure of each batch as well as the expected time of arrival.
  • Items featured in our instocks page are ready stocks and can be mailed out within 1-2 days upon verification of payment.
  • To confirm your purchase for instock items, payment have to be made within 24hours from the time the invoice is sent out. We reserve the right to give up your slot if payment has been made after 24 hours, in which case a refund will be made to you.


  • Prices are not inclusive of normal postage charges for Singapore addresses unless otherwise stated. Due to the untrackable nature of normal postage, we will not be responsible for any lost normal mail. As such, we urge all customers to opt for registered postage.
  • For registered local mail, there’s an additional charge of $2.24 per parcel.
  • Certificate of Posting is available at an additional charge of $0.20 per parcel.
  • For payments made via credit card and paypal, there will be a 7% tax of the total bill for paypal charges.
  • For postage charges for International Orders, please email us @ strictlycases@gmail.com before making purchases.
  • All the prices stated are final and non-negotiable.


We accept Paypal, Visa, Master and Amex credit cards, Internet Banking (IB) and ATM payments.Internet-Banking transfers are highly recommended; however, if you’ve made an ATM transfer, please take a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and email it to us together with your payment details. Orders without these info will not be taken in and no refunds will be made.


  • Strictly Cases does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if there are uncontrollable delays (eg.custom clearance due to changes in government’s policies, bad weather) or if you are dissatisfied with your purchases.
    Refunds will only be made when the item is out of stock. Depending on the situation, a full refund will be done either via direct cash to the bank accounts or store credits.
    In any case that you’ve received a wrong or defected phone model/case, please contact us. We would proceed with an exchange for the correct phone model/case but no refunds will be made. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.
    Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.
    Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
  • Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
  • In the event that an item is out of stock, an exchange can be made if there are instocks available.
  • All returns/exchanges have to be received by Strictly Cases within 3 working days from the date the item/items were received by the customer. Requests for returns/exchanges thereafter will strictly not be entertained.
  • All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfil these criteria will be rejected duly. Customers are to bear full responsibility in taking efforts to ensure safe delivery of the item/s, Strictly Cases will not be responsible for such parcels lost in transit.
  • Measurements stated may vary 1-3 cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
  • For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
  • Colours shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
  • Strictly Cases reserves the right to exercise discretion in this matter. Item/s returned with neither prior notification via email nor return acknowledgement via email by Strictly Cases will be duly rejected.


  • Although Strictly Cases endeavors to provide accurate information, it does not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of information on this website. Neither Strictly Cases nor its content providers shall be liable to any person or entity for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential, punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from your use or inability to use this website, or any information or materials provided on the website.
  • Neither Strictly Cases nor its content providers shall be liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user.
  • Strictly Cases uses local mailing system (Singapore Post, etc) and we are not liable for any loss, damage or delay to the items during shipping & delivery.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Strictly Cases and related entities from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities and costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting or arising out of your breach of any of these Terms of Use.
